For rice, don't pan fry. Instead, spread it out on parchment and bake for 12 mins (turn at 6 mins) at 425 degrees. With some sprinkled cumin, it's amazing. I tried all the methods and this yields the best "rice".
Ingredients:
Two sweet potatoes
One egg
1 cup rolled oats
Basil, oregano, salt, pepper
I poke holes in the sweet potatoes and microwave them (5 minutes each side - or until you can easily poke them with a fork).
Wait for them to cool a bit and then remove the skins. Mash them up and combine the rest of the ingredients. Flatten the "dough" on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake 350 for 20ish minutes. Flip the "dough" halfway through.![](https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/ffd/1/16/1f64c.png)

It's not exactly low carb but it's healthier than using regular dough and sooo good. Try making with BBQ chicken and mozzarella cheese as toppings.

Try making a meatza. If you liked a meat lovers pizza before eating LC, this will especially be delish.
Try microwawe it for 5min with a bunch of salt and let it cool down before draining out the water
