Satu lagi rekod dicatatkan pada 2 Ogos apabila 219 kematian dilaporkan Kementerian Kesihatan. Ia mengatasi rekod terdahulu, 207 kematian yang dicatatkan pada 26 dan 27 kematian.

Petugas kesihatan dan pasukan pengurusan jenazah Covid-19 menghadapi tugas mencabar akibat peningkatan angka korban saban hari yang melebihi 150 kematian.

So heart-breaking to see this. 

Petugas kesihatan dari Kementerian Kesihatan dan Angkatan Pertahanan Awam mengeluarkan jenazah pesakit Covid-19 setibanya di Tanah Perkuburan Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Jenazah pesakit Covid-19 dari Hospital Kuala Lumpur, disanitasi sebaik sahaja diturunkan dari van jenazah.

Petugas kesihatan dan anggota Angkatan Pertahanan Awam mengusung jenazah pesakit Covid-19 ke liang lahad untuk dikebumikan.

Seorang petugas kesihatan berehat sebentar sebelum menguruskan jenazah pesakit Covid-19 seterusnya.

Kes BID semakin meningkat kebelakangan ini dengan sekitar 90 hingga 100 nyawa terkorban di luar hospital setiap hari dengan angka terbaru, 101 daripada 282 kematian direkodkan semalam adalah di luar hospital.

Seorang petugas kesihatan berbaring di atas timbunan tanah dengan beralaskan papan lapis akibat keletihan menguruskan lebih 10 jenazah pesakit Covid-19.

Jenazah pesakit Covid-19 tiba dengan ambulans dan van jenazah di tanah perkuburan menjelang senja.

Kubur pesakit Covid-19 ditandakan nombor khas di Tanah Perkuburan Bukit Kiara.

Missing Dad / Grandpa

Our Father kept a garden.
A garden of the heart;
He planted all the good things,
That gave our lives their start.
He turned us to the sunshine,
And encouraged us to dream:
Fostering and nurturing the seeds of self-esteem.
And when the winds and rain came,
He protected us enough;
But not too much because she knew
We would stand up strong and tough.
His constant good example,
Always taught us right from wrong;
Markers for our pathway that will last
a lifetime long.
We are our Fathers garden,
We are his legacy.

My granddad died not so long ago this is what i read at the funeral;

It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn’t go alone,
Apart of us went with you,
The day god took you home.

A million times we missed you,
A million times we cried,
If love could have saved you,
You never would have died.

To the grave we travel,
The flowers are placed with care,
No-one knows the heartache,
As we turn to leave you there.

If tears could build a stairway,
And heartaches could make a lane,
We would walk a path to heaven,
And bring you back again.
